The sculpture's form was created by the increasing and decreasing curvature of the roof laths - all of which had the same length - as a reflection of the ceiling's arches.

Fleeting Light

2008, stretched paper, 3,88 x 21,52 m

The paper was pasted in strips across the entire window wall, including over the window recesses, where it was stretched taut like a drum. Daylight illuminated the window opening in constantly shifting levels of brightness and shades of colour, depending on the time of day and the weather. Consequently, the atmosphere in the room changed continuously.
